Pipeline
Division is headquartered in Alvin,
Texas. Alvin is strategically located near the “Oil & Gas
Capital of the World”, Houston, Texas. The Pipeline Division provides a
full complement of services from the Rocky Mountains to the Midwest and
into the Southwestern and southeastern regions of the United States.

:: APPROACH
The Team
Approach is a tried and true method utilized over the
years by A&L in every facet of our construction operation. The
experience of “working together” has consistently provided clients with
higher production values, defined work scopes, and accurate schedules
while often reducing overall cost. We prefer a partnering or
alliance relationship with our customers where possible.
A&L
has also been successful in partnering with other service providers in
supplying “turnkey” project services. Pipeline integrity projects,
where internal line inspection (ILI),
direct
assessment or similar technical services are required is
a good example. This partnering approach of combining disciplines
under one contract or team allows our client a single point of contact
and integrated scheduling for seamless delivery. Teaming has also
been successful with the engineering community on EPC project deliveries.

International pipeline project
focus has been heightened through
our completion of a major pipeline project in Iraq. From our Iraq, Turkey
and Jordan bases in the Middle East A&L has increased its emphasis on
acquisition of international pipeline and facility projects. We
have completed major facilities, directional drills and pipeline projects
in Mexico as well and will continue efforts in that market.
International operators are often conducted in alliance or Joint Venture
with a local privet contractor or governmental entity.
International services include pipeline, integrity, facilities,
directional drilling and x-ray, closely mirroring our
US domestic service offerings.
